Shipping & Delivery
We use Royal Mail Standard or Tracked services.
Missing or damaged parcel:
We will retain proofs of postage for all items we send to you. In the unusual event of something going missing in the mail, we will provide the proof of postage to you and support you in the Royal Mail process for lost/damaged items.
Compensation:
Please note that for standard delivery and 1st class postage, Royal mail 's compensation policy only covers up to £20 + delivery fees. If you would like a more encompassing insurance, please contact us and we will offer you the option of Special delivery.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
How It Works:
If you are at all unsatisfied with your product, please contact us immediately and we will deal with your enquiry.
Returns:
We don't accept returns of skincare products and gift sets or used products. For other unused products (i.e. candles), returns are at your own cost.
Cancellation:
We are unable to cancel your order after it has been dispatched.
Refund
In the event of a faulty product, please provide detailed description and/or photographic evidence for a refund or replacement.
